La Santé de l'homme is dedicating its first "Dom Special" issue to Guadeloupe and Martinique; the next issue will cover French Guiana and Réunion. It will provide an overview of the public health situation in these territories and present the health promotion programs and initiatives currently in place. Topics covered include: health emergencies (prevention of dengue fever and chlordecone), the hypertension care network (Guadeloupe) and memory clinics for seniors (Martinique), substance use, and burn prevention.
