Workshops on Healthy Aging.
"Ateliers du bien vieillir" is a health education program launched five years ago by the Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA). It is part of the national "Bien vieillir" plan. The program is aimed at seniors over the age of 55 living in rural areas, regardless of their social security coverage. The overall aim of this program is to promote behaviors that support healthy aging and, conversely, to reduce the risk factors associated with difficult aging.
