WHO Collaborating Center in Lille: a point of contact for professionals and users.

The French Collaborating Centre of the World Health Organization (CCOMS)¹ for Mental Health Research and Training in Lille brings together a network of stakeholders (hospitals, research centers, universities, associations, etc.), initiatives, and programs aligned with WHO mental health policy. One of its core values is "the full participation of citizens—whether or not they are service users—in improving the quality of mental health services."
