We work with people with sensory impairments to help them maintain their independence.

The Mutualité Française plans to establish assessment and rehabilitation centers for people with vision and hearing impairments. A multidisciplinary team welcomes patients there, who then follow a tailored rehabilitation program designed to help them maintain their independence as much as possible. There are currently about ten centers in France specializing in visual impairment and three in hearing impairment, most of which are managed by the Mutualité française. Interview with Françis Guiteau, who oversees the center in the Anjou-Mayenne region.
