Health and Vulnerability: Walk-in Clinics for Dental Care.

In 1998, the Law Against Social Exclusion established the Permanent Health Care Access Units (PASS), which provide dental care. However, this national program remains insufficient to provide dental care to the most disadvantaged individuals.
