Key Points

In Week 06 (February 2–8, 2026), compared to the previous week, activity at SOS Médecins clinics declined among 2- to 14-year-olds (-7%, or 2,010 fewer visits) and remained stable in other age groups. Among adults, the increase in trauma-related cases continues (+8%, or +195 cases).

There was also an increase in cases of anxiety among 15- to 64-year-olds (+7%, or 85 more cases), reaching levels higher than those of the previous three years. Across all age groups, respiratory indicators continued to decline or stabilized.

However, there is a slight increase in procedures for suspected COVID-19 infection among adults (+18%, or +33 procedures) and pneumonia among those aged 15–74 (+7%, or +43 procedures), at levels similar to those of previous years. Among other indicators, there is an increase in procedures for:

  • urinary tract infections (+8%, or +115 cases) and acute abdominal pain (+6%, or +81 cases) among those aged 15–74;

  • gastroenteritis (+12%, or +22 cases) among those aged 75 and older;

  • chickenpox (+16%, or +73 cases) and conjunctivitis (+11%, or +106 cases) among those under 15 years of age.
