Influenza and influenza-like illness
In week 49, the Occitanie region entered the pre-epidemic phase. Syndromic indicators are rising in both community practice and hospitals, and the proportion of influenza viruses in virological activity at university hospitals is also increasing.
In this context, and with the approach of year-end holiday gatherings, it is important that at-risk individuals protect themselves by getting vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19, and that everyone continues to follow preventive measures.
