Mortality
The trend in mortality (all causes and all ages) recorded over the past few weeks based on civil registry data provided by INSEE remains consistent with the usual seasonal pattern.

Emergency room visits by vulnerable
populations A slight increase in emergency room visits by people aged 75 and older, though the figures remain consistent with those typically observed during this period. No notable changes for children under 1 year of age.

Notifiable Diseases (ND)
No notable changes this week.

Chickenpox
According to the SOS Médecins associations, there has been a decrease in consultations for chickenpox, with figures remaining below the alert threshold.

Acute Gastroenteritis (AG) Both
nationally and regionally, consultation activity for acute gastroenteritis in hospital emergency departments and private practice has stabilized at a level close to the values typically expected during this period.

Asthma and Allergies:
Activity related to asthma and allergies in Aquitaine, as in France, is on the rise according to the Oscour® network and the SOS Médecins associations.

Vector-borne diseases
In Lot-et-Garonne, since the resumption of enhanced surveillance for chikungunya and dengue, one imported case of dengue has been confirmed by the CNR for arboviruses.

Heat-related illnesses
Activity is low according to the Oscour® network and the SOS Médecins associations.

School
absenteeism In S23, the overall school absenteeism rate remains stable.
