Information from the DGAL regarding the withdrawal and recall of "Label Rouge dry sausages" sold on December 17, 2011, by "Société SALAISON POLETTE (63)" due to a strong suspicion of salmonella contamination. The products in question are: Label Rouge dry sausage 300g and 250g / Label Rouge Rosette 400g / Label Rouge dry sausage 300g, sold nationwide under the brands Môssieur Polette, Nos Régions Ont du Talent, Cora, and Match.

Surveillance of H5N1 Avian Influenza in France: Update to the Case DefinitionSpecific surveillance was established in France in 2004 to identify potential cases of avian influenza as quickly as possible, ensure their prompt management, and verify that there is no human-to-human transmission from these cases.
