Mortality: The
trend in mortality recorded by civil registry offices follows the usual pattern for this time of year, with figures in line with expected values.

Emergency room visits by vulnerable populations Emergency
room visits among children under 1 year of age have risen for the second consecutive week, though they remain below the alert threshold. A slight increase was observed among those aged 75 and older.

Reportable Diseases (MDO)
No unusual situation.

Chikungunya and dengue Enhanced
surveillance in Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne. Since May 1, 169 suspected cases have been reported. Among these, 62 cases of chikungunya, 26 cases of dengue, and 3 co-infections have been confirmed, all of which were imported.

Acute gastroenteritis (AGE)
Indicator declining in Aquitaine and stable nationally, with values comparable to the past two years.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses
Activity remains low in mainland France with a few sporadic cases reported. Surveillance of severe influenza cases has begun.

Bronchiolitis
Activity is stable or on the rise according to SOS Médecins and Oscour®. AquiRespi treated 26 children during the previous shift.

Enterovirus meningitis and virology:
Circulation of seasonal respiratory viruses according to the Bordeaux University Hospital.

Mushroom poisoning (indicator not detailed in the body of the document)
Since July, in Aquitaine, 81 cases according to CAPTV and 14 according to Oscour® (966 and 416 in France).

Carbon monoxide poisoning
Since September 2014, 1 episode of CO poisoning affecting 2 people in Aquitaine. Nationally, after a quiet start to the heating season due to mild temperatures, reports have doubled over the past 2 weeks.
