After 4 weeks of decline and 1 week of stabilization, the trend reversed in week 10 and the incidence rate rose again, reaching 997 cases per 100,000 people that week (762 cases per 100,000 people in week 09-22 vs. 772 cases per 100,000 people in week 08-22).
This increase in viral circulation is observed across all age groups, and the highest incidence rate remains among adults aged 30–39 (1,311 cases per 100,000 population).
The positivity rate is increasing in S09-22, ranging from 20% among those aged 80 and older to 33% among those aged 30–39.

Children under 5 years of age still account for the majority of this activity, with 571 visits for GEA (16% of the activity share for this age group). The proportion of hospitalizations for GEA across all ages among all hospitalizations following an emergency department visit remains stable at 3%, and remains stable among children under 5 years of age (24%).
