Continued increase in vaccination rates among infants covered by the expanded vaccination mandate:
+ 6.6 percentage points for the third dose of the vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, polio, pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b, and hepatitis B (cohort of children born in 2017: 85.3%, cohort of 2019: 91.9%)
+ 2.2 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the third dose of the pneumococcal vaccine (2017 cohort: 89.8%, 2019 cohort: 92.0%)
+ 1.7 percentage points for vaccination coverage of the second dose of the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine (2017 cohort: 82.8%, 2019 cohort: 84.5%)
+16.0 percentage points in vaccination coverage for the first dose of the meningococcal C vaccine (2018 cohort: 71.4%, 2020 cohort: 87.4%)
+ 11.0 percentage points in vaccination coverage for the meningococcal C vaccine booster (2017 cohort: 79.8%, 2019 cohort: 90.8%)
Increase in vaccination coverage among children born before the law took effect
Increase in catch-up vaccination coverage for meningococcal C across all age groups
+7.2 percentage points for the first dose of the HPV vaccine among 15-year-old girls born in 2005 (51.2%) compared to girls born in 2004 (44%)
Increase in influenza vaccination coverage
+8.0 percentage points among people aged 65 and older (2019–2020: 52.4%, 2020–2021: 60.4%)
