Survey on Health Promotion Training in Central and Latin America.
In Central and Latin America, experts evaluated twenty-eight health promotion training programs from thirteen countries. The results demonstrate the value of training professionals to support or create health-promoting environments, particularly in regions facing challenging health conditions. Some of these training programs are part of a genuine "health promotion" approach, seeking to address socioeconomic determinants and thereby improve the well-being of populations.
