Gastroenteritis and Acute Diarrhea

  • Activity was on the rise in hospital emergency departments, stable at SOS Médecins, and declining in private practice (Réseau Sentinelles).

Heat-Related Illnesses 

  • Following the end of the heat wave in Week 29, activity related to heat-related illnesses is once again rising slightly in hospital emergency departments, while it remains stable at SOS Médecins.

Allergies 

  • Activity related to allergies was down in hospital emergency departments and remained generally stable at SOS Médecins.

Asthma in 2- to 14-year-olds 

  • Activity was stable in hospital emergency departments and nonexistent at SOS Médecins.

Chickenpox 

  • Activity was stable in hospital emergency departments, slightly higher at SOS Médecins (based on a small number of cases), and lower in private practice (Sentinelles network).
