A total of 195 cases of mpox have been reported to Santé publique France since January 1, 2024, including 5 in the last 7 days.
Only clade II Monkeypox viruses have been detected by the National Reference Center for Orthopoxviruses.
All reported cases involve adults: 188 men and 7 women.
