Sleep Education: Learn More [Bibliography]
The first section of this "Further Reading" section provides a list of references on sleep. During our literature review, we identified a large number of books and guides intended for the general public and selected those written by recognized experts in the field. We also chose to exclude most medical books describing the neurobiology of sleep, sleep disorders, or the recording of brain activity.[article excerpt]
