Training programs for sexuality education instructors have been in place within the French Ministry of National Education since 1997. They aim to train professionals so that they, in turn, can conduct three- to five-day training sessions for those who work with young people. The content developed is grounded in a legislative context and a regulatory framework. However, these training programs also require an understanding of the environment and the realities of adolescents, particularly in light of new technologies and their impact.
