An experience leading activities at a middle school in Bordeaux.

The CACIS (Center for Reception, Counseling, and Sexual Information) in Bordeaux organized a three-week program at a local middle school. This initiative is part of the school’s educational program and is carried out in collaboration with the biology teachers. Information on sexuality and AIDS is provided through exhibits, demonstrations of contraceptive methods, and brochures. Specific information is offered to each class, with 7th, 8th, and 9th graders completing questionnaires whose responses help better understand their experiences, knowledge, and expectations based on age and gender. Individual interviews conducted during the workshop or later at the CACIS allow for personalized responses to the issues raised.
