Survey of Human-Origin Salmonella in 1992–1993

The Pasteur Institute’s National Reference Center for Salmonella compiles and coordinates all results concerning Salmonella of non-human origin. Research is conducted as part of official surveillance, at the request of the government, or most often as part of self-assessment, at the request of the professionals themselves (companies, farmers).
