GastroenteritisHigh activity in primary care, with no visible impact on visits to hospital and community emergency departments.Incidence rate of acute diarrhea in primary care estimated at 211 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (95% CI [112, 310], unconsolidated Sentinelles data).Accounts for 1% of diagnoses in emergency departments and 7% of those reported by SOS Médecins. Reports of clusters of acute gastroenteritis cases in nursing homes.
