Surveillance of Hepatitis B and C in Auvergne, 2010–2012.

With the creation of Regional Health Agencies, which established the region as the key geographical and political unit for organizing the healthcare system, the surveillance system for viral hepatitis B and C established by the InVS has evolved to take this regional dimension into account. Thus, on the occasion of the National Day on Viral Hepatitis B and C on May 19, 2014, during which the first "report on the care of people infected with hepatitis B and C viruses" was presented, the InVS is providing a regional epidemiological update on the surveillance of hepatitis B and C, focusing on screening activities and patient care.
