Situation in Rhône-Alpes

• The current bronchiolitis outbreak is primarily caused by RSV. However, at the national level, the peak of the outbreak has passed. There is still no circulation of influenza viruses.

• The number of consultations for nasopharyngitis remains high.

• The number of gastroenteritis diagnoses continues to rise.

• Several cases of infectious pneumonia have been diagnosed at a medical practice in Montmélian (73). Investigations are underway to determine the source.
