  • 117 suspected cases of arboviruses reported in 2018, including 33 confirmed imported cases of dengue and one confirmed imported case of chikungunya

  • 64 requests for EIRAD intervention regarding arbovirus cases and 3 adulticide treatments carried out in 2018

  • No indigenous cases of arbovirus disease have been identified in the ARA since surveillance began

  • Everyone’s involvement in the fight against the tiger mosquito is essential; 80% of breeding sites are found in residential areas (gardens, balconies, etc.)
