  • Dengue surveillance indicators have been on the rise since October 2022. Two outbreaks have been identified in the municipality of Saint-François (La Coulée and Belle Allée).

  • Cases imported from Guadeloupe have also been reported in mainland France, all of whom had visited Saint-François. Among these cases, the DENV-2 serotype was detected.

In Martinique, Saint Martin, and Saint Barthélemy

  • the situation is calm. Various factors, including the rainy season and the proliferation of larval breeding sites, could quickly lead to a deterioration of the epidemiological situation.
