Malaria
- Eight new cases were reported in week 27, including four imported cases and four under investigation
- Since the beginning of 2026, 264 cases of malaria have been recorded, including 47 locally acquired cases and 183 imported cases, mostly from the Comoros.
Smallpox B (Mpox)
- In June 2026, 6 new cases were identified, including 1 locally acquired case and 5 imported cases.
- 38 confirmed cases since the beginning of 2026, including 20 locally acquired cases and 18 imported cases
Waterborne Diseases
- Hepatitis A: 28 biologically confirmed cases since the beginning of 2026, with low-intensity circulation; a 56% decrease in cases has been observed compared to the same period in 2025.
- Typhoid fever: 8 cases reported since the beginning of 2026, with sporadic distribution of cases during the period.
Chikungunya
- No new cases were recorded in week 27 of 2026
- Since the beginning of 2026, 1,389 biologically confirmed cases have been recorded.
Dengue
- 9 confirmed cases since the beginning of 2026, with limited and intermittent circulation throughout the territory.
