Chikungunya, Dengue, and Zika
- Since enhanced surveillance began on May 1, 2026, 56 imported cases of dengue, 8 imported cases of chikungunya, and 2 imported cases of Zika have been identified and investigated in the Île-de-France region (compared to 100 imported cases of dengue and 123 imported cases of chikungunya during the same period in 2025).
Smallpox B (mpox)
- As of July 7, 2026, 105 confirmed cases and 5 probable cases had been identified in the Île-de-France region (compared to 95 confirmed cases in 2024 and 115 in 2025).
All-cause mortality
- A high excess mortality rate was observed in Île-de-France during Week 26. These data are still being consolidated.
