Polio: An Overview of the Situation in France in 2005.

Since the last review of the polio situation in France in November 2000, the European Region of the World Health Organization (WHO) was declared polio-free on June 21, 2002. National vaccination policies, procedures for monitoring vaccination coverage, epidemiological surveillance, and the protocol to follow in the event of a suspected case are outlined here.
