Awareness of nutritional guidelines among seventh-grade students in mainland France.

The guidelines that young adolescents are most familiar with are those related to fruits and vegetables, the meat-fish-egg group, and dairy products. However, most of them are unaware that it is recommended to include starchy foods at every meal and to engage in one hour of physical activity each day.
