A love of physical activity can be learned and shared

Encouraging inactive populations to become active requires specific approaches. Instruction must enable participants to develop physical techniques tailored to their abilities. A health promotion initiative through physical activity will foster users’ autonomy; it will encourage the formation of supportive communities, because sustainable participation thrives on shared experiences. And it will not hesitate to reach out to communities that are not currently engaged in such activities.
