“The goal is to make healthy behaviors appealing rather than making young people feel guilty” [Interview]

Over the past three decades, adolescent health has followed contrasting trends: while mortality rates are falling and smoking is declining, physical fitness is deteriorating significantly, and warning signs regarding mental health are on the rise. Amid increasing sedentary lifestyles and mounting academic pressure, the report by the High Council for Public Health, *Thirty Years of Changes in Adolescent Health*, describes a generation undergoing profound changes, marked by persistent social and regional inequalities. Beyond simply noting these trends, the report emphasizes the need to develop more comprehensive prevention policies that are genuinely crafted in collaboration with young people.
