Preventing psychosocial risks in the workplace: a study by ANACT.

For several years now, the National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions has been facing growing demand from companies regarding the prevention of psychosocial risks. In 2008, the agency conducted a study of some twenty large companies to identify their practices and refine its framework for action. One finding: companies have moved from a stage of denial to the beginning of awareness. Any prevention plan must include two essential factors: a multidisciplinary approach involving a range of stakeholders, and the involvement of social partners in the process.
