Trends of the Week

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI)

  • Activity is increasing in primary care and stable in hospitals.

Bronchiolitis

  • The bronchiolitis epidemic continues in mainland France as well as in Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

  • Decrease or stabilization of syndrome-based indicators among children under 2 years of age, which may be temporary due to school holidays.

COVID-19

  • Most indicators are showing a trend toward stabilization.

Influenza

  • Influenza activity is stable and at baseline levels in all regions, except in Mayotte, where the epidemic continues, and in Réunion, which has entered the post-epidemic phase in week 45.
