Well-being Workshops at the European Metropolis of Lille: "Discussions on Mental Health" [Interview].

The "Mieux Être" workshops in Hellemmes, Faches-Thumesnil, Lezennes, Mons-en-Baroeul, and Ronchin provide residents with an opportunity to freely discuss topics related to mental health, such as feelings of unease, stress, depression, and grief. These workshops serve a preventive and informational purpose and are unique in that they are led by a professional and a user representative from a mental health user association, who shares their personal experience. The goals are to help everyone take an active role in their own health or that of a loved one and to foster a dialogue about mental health within the community.
