"The quality of communication within families is a key factor in prevention" [Interview]

The use of digital devices, which are ubiquitous in households, poses a daily challenge for parents. In fact, according to the 2026 Family Barometer published by the National Union of Family Associations (UNAF), this is the number one educational challenge in their eyes. The UNAF offers support to help parents through on-the-ground interventions and online resources. The goal is to integrate digital technology as an integral part of parenting in order to promote balanced practices that support children’s development and overall health.
