Mental Health in Marseille: An Approach, Practices, and Partnerships.

Like many other cities, Marseille—through its elected officials and municipal departments—is confronted with the issue of mental health through complex, serious, and recurring situations that generate tension and often remain unresolved. In order to develop a policy of action in this area in a spirit of partnership, the city commissioned a needs assessment from the PACA Regional Health Observatory and, at the same time, consulted with more than eighty local stakeholders.
