Lahti is focusing on biodiversity to improve the quality of life

Implemented in the city of Lahti, Finland, and its surrounding region, the Nature Step to Health program brings together local governments, researchers, businesses, and schools. It is a fine example of a multi-year strategy and plan to promote healthy and sustainable eating, physical activity, active transportation, and connection with nature.
