Establish health centers for students.

University preventive medicine and health promotion services lack the resources commensurate with their missions. The mandatory medical examination is now a thing of the past, and as part of university reform, health policy is set to be reviewed, with the creation of dedicated health centers a possibility. These services will continue to prioritize students who need them most: international students, students with disabilities, and student athletes, to name a few. The time has come to develop broad health-focused partnerships with health insurance providers, the CROUS, Road Safety, and others.
