Educational approaches to fostering the development of young people’s psychosocial skills

The national strategy for the development of psychosocial skills (PSS), spanning fifteen years (2022–2037), sets ambitious goals: at least 30% of young people aged 13 to 18 should benefit from targeted interventions, particularly in schools. What, however, are the professional practices that foster PSCs? A study conducted among health promotion facilitators attempts to define these practices by comparing their accounts with theoretical frameworks. This analysis offers insights into how educational professionals could incorporate these practices into their work.
