Children's Basic Needs: Learn More [Bibliography]

The latest issue of *La Santé en Action*, dedicated to early childhood development (September 2016, No. 437), focused on the social and environmental determinants of development and did not address the issue of children’s basic needs. The following bibliography explores three aspects of this specific topic: basic needs, child development, and attachment; psychological distress, abuse, and neglect; parenting support interventions, prevention, and health promotion. Reports and action plans related to the protection and health of young children, as well as tools for professionals, round out this topic of children’s basic needs.
