Children’s Basic Needs: Current State of Knowledge

As part of the preparation for a consensus-building process on the fundamental needs of children in child protection, organized in 2016 at the request of the Ministry of Families, Children, and Women’s Rights, the National Observatory on Child Protection (ONPE) conducted a literature review published in 2016.
