Nutrition education tailored to the cultural habits of patients with diabetes.

In the diabetes unit at Saint-Louis Hospital, the team of dietitians found through a study that "traditional" dietary education was not always appropriate for patients of foreign origin. They therefore developed an educational approach to better address the cultural habits and financial circumstances of these patients.
