Rennes: Building a Health and Wellness Hub by Reducing Paving and Increasing Green Spaces [Interview]

To combat the risks of heat waves, we need to build differently—with less asphalt, fewer artificial spaces, and more green spaces. The Rennes metropolitan area has adopted its Intermunicipal Local Urban Planning Plan (PLUI) to incorporate these factors into an urban environment that promotes the health of its residents.
