Twenty years ago, there was virtually no counter-lobbying by public health advocates at the European level to counter the lobbying efforts of alcohol producers. Dr. Michel Craplet aims to inform policymakers and professionals in the fields of health and communications, as a counterbalance to the considerable lobbying resources available to alcohol producers.
