  • Since January 1, 2019, 633 cases of measles have been reported (compared to 1,686 cases during the same period in 2018), including 193 (30%) hospitalizations (10 in intensive care), 50 (8%) cases complicated by pneumonia, and 1 death (encephalitis).

  • 92% of cases occurred in unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated individuals.

  • 71 departments reported at least 1 case during the period.
