  • Influenza activity continued to decline in Week 9 across all surveillance networks. All regions of mainland France, with the exception of Corsica, have returned to baseline activity levels.

Bronchiolitis (under 1 year)

  • Week 8 of the post-epidemic phase

  • Activity is declining at SOS Médecins and slightly increasing in emergency departments.

Pollen and allergies

  • Pollen exposure is at a high level, with increased allergy activity at SOS Médecins.

Monthly Report on Notifiable Diseases

  • Update on reports of Legionnaires’ disease, hepatitis A, invasive meningococcal disease (IMD), measles, and foodborne illness outbreaks (FBO) in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in January 2026: 19 cases of Legionnaires’ disease, 12 cases of hepatitis A, 4 cases of invasive meningococcal disease, 1 case of measles, and 5 cases of foodborne illness
