Regional Update as of August 2, 2012

Over the past week in the region:

• Seven cases of hyperthermia or heatstroke reported in week 30 by the emergency departments of facilities participating in the Oscour® network,

• The number of emergency department visits by people aged 75 and older was slightly above the thresholds in four hospitals in the region.
