Over the past week in the region:

• End of the flu epidemic despite continued detection of influenza viruses at Nantes University Hospital,

• Intensive care units have reported 18 cases of severe flu since February and no new cases in the past two weeks,

• Clusters of acute respiratory infections (ARI) continue to be reported in facilities housing the elderly,

• Increase in emergency department visits by people aged 75 and older,

• Moderate decline in cases of gastroenteritis.
