Epidemiological Situation

The decline in visits for flu-like symptoms at primary care clinics and emergency departments over the past four weeks marks the end of the first wave of the epidemic. There has also been a decline in viral circulation, with three viruses still circulating simultaneously (types A(H1N1)pdm09, non-H1N1 A, and B). Since the beginning of June, 15 people who developed severe forms of influenza have been admitted to intensive care.
