Epidemiological Surveillance of Malaria in Mayotte. Epidemiological Update as of June 5, 2012.
In Mayotte, malaria surveillance relies on case reports submitted by the CHM laboratory and physicians to the health surveillance platform of the Indian Ocean Health Agency (ARS-OI), Mayotte branch. Each report is subject to an epidemiological investigation by the Vector Control Unit (LAV). Data analysis and feedback are provided by the Indian Ocean Regional Health Agency (CIRE OI).
