In Occitanie, since May 1, 2021, 20 imported cases of dengue have been confirmed: the cases involved travelers returning from Réunion (17), Djibouti (1), French Guiana (1), and Côte d’Ivoire (1). No cases of chikungunya or Zika have been identified. To limit the risk of local transmission, 23 entomological surveys and 12 vector control treatments were carried out in the vicinity of these cases.
